Drunk Driver Had BAC More Than 2X Legal Limit: Cops
He was pulled over at 4:25 a.m. Sunday in Hampton Bays, police say.

HAMPTON BAYS, NY — A Hampton Bays man was charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of more than two times the legal limit, police said.
Jorge Villalta-Nieto, 35, was driving on Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays on Sunday at 4:25 a.m. and was stopped for a vehicle and traffic violation, police said.
Upon further investigation, he was found to be intoxicated, with a BAC of .17%, more than twice the legal limit of .08%, police said.

Villalta-Nieto was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, and is due back on Feb. 4 at Southampton Town Justice Court, police said.
