
Ashtanga-Inspired Vinyasa Yoga Class
This Vinyasa class sequenced with The Ashtanga Method as created by Sri K Pattabbi Jois , will melt away tension of the week as you sweat and have some fun in flow on Friday! Class includes sunsalutes, standing postures, balancing postures, seated postures, backbends, and deep relaxation, resulting in an experience that is both energizing and relaxing. Some experience in vinyasa is reccommended, but all levels are welcome.
