Bring the entire family to the Quogue Library on Thursday, August 16th at 6:30 p.m. for our Bats program. Learn about their anatomy and amazing physical adaptations, the various lifestyles of bats from all over the world – including Long Island – and their ecological importance to the planet. This program will include a powerpoint presentation, taxidermy bats, a bat skeleton, a bat fossil replica and a surprise visit from a nocturnal predator!
