BBQ with Brian Collins at the Quogue Library

Come one, come all when Ma's Que Crew returns to the Quogue Library this summer with their 10 foot smoker in tow!

Last year Brian demonstrated the rudiments of low and slow cooking. Now he will be kicking it up a notch and will be preparing a feast of more tasty treats straight from the BBQ.

Come hungry, but remember to leave room for dessert - which will be grilled too!
