Hands-on cooking class. Learn to make Amok, the national dish of Cambodia. Participants need to bring a sharp chef's knife, a rubber scraper and a 2-cup lidded container to take the Amok home. There is a $10 per person materials' fee for this program. Payment due at time of registration.
