Cooking with Craig: Celebrating Irish Fare

March is the month to celebrate the Irish, so BISCo. will be the “Block Ireland Seafood Co.” for a day! We’ll demonstrate a potato leek soup that will warm the soul and an Irish smoked salmon dish that will take you to the shores of Galway Bay. You will need the luck of the Irish too, as there
will be raffles.

There is a non-refundable $5.00 materials fee for each
class. You must have a ticket to attend. Registration is limited to Hampton Bays cardholders only. Please register beginning Wednesday, February 29
