Fall Special Harvest with Early Girl Farm at the Quogue Library

Patty Gentry, chef, farmer and owner of the famous Early Girl Farm will be here to demonstrate some perfect vegetable dishes from her organic farm. Patty serves many of New York City and Brooklyn’s top restaurants and will be here serving us! Her root vegetables will also be available to purchase at a cost. Recipes will be provided for yourThanksgiving Feast!

“Yet, we need turkey” – you say…So be it! Brian Collins our famous In-House Champion BBQ’r of Ma’s ‘Que Crew will join Patty with his delicious smoked turkey. (Brian’s turkeys can be preordered and purchased for your holiday).

This special program will be a part of our continuing “Food Demonstration Programs” – So, please register and pre-pay at the front desk, and bring your favorite beverage! Space is limited.
