Laura O’Brien, Confiture, Food Preservationist and member of the James Beard Foundation Women’s Culinary Alliance will be joining us for a fabulous presentation on preserves, pickles and chutneys. Laura, an accomplished chef who worked with David Bouley in his original and now legendary 4 star restaurant Bouley in NYC, will present her amazing line of food gift items. “Josephine’s Feast” is a collection from local fruits and vegetables using traditional slow cooking methods. She will be demonstrating herdelectable chutney.
