The Group for the East End will host a birdwatching expedition at Cupsogue Beach County Park at the western end of Dune Road. Shorebirds heading south from arctic breeding grounds will be seen, as well as wading birds, like egrets, herons, secretive saltmarsh and seaside sparrows and tern species. Bring binoculars.
