International peacemaker and speaker Dr. Emad Ramzy Philobbos, Professor Emeritus of Geology at Assiut University in Upper Egypt will speak at the Quogue Library on the possible future of the uprisings in the Arab world, often referred to as the Arab Spring, and how these uprisings relate in particular to the current situation in Egypt.
