"VinYinyasa" Yoga Class
This unique hatha class is a specialty of HYHA. Warm up and move through gentle flow sequences, to long held, low to the ground postures for opening and rejuvenation. There will be plently of hands on here, and healing restoratives to end the class in full relaxation. This is a healing style of yoga not to be missed.
