Hampton Bays School District Hosts Informational Meet-and-Greet
Parents of local kindergartners got the chance to meet with teachers to discuss the curriculum and expectations.
Recognizing the importance of a building a strong home-to-school connection, parents of Hampton Bays Elementary School kindergartners were invited to learn more about the grade level’s curriculum and student expectations during an informal meet-and-greet with teachers on Sept. 25.
During the event, the teachers spoke with parents about the year ahead while the kindergartners attended an ice cream social with their peers.
The event also featured live-music, a story and games for the students to enjoy in the gym.
