Hampton Bays Students Raise Money For American Heart Association
The students raised the money during a jump-a-thon earlier this month.

With pop music blasting and jump ropes in hand, Hampton Bays Elementary School third and fourth-grade students helped raise $1,600 to be donated to the American Heart Association.
The students procured the funds through sponsorships from friends and family for the 16th annual Jump-a-thon held earlier this month.
During the event, students jump-roped for an entire gym period and earned prizes for completing individual goals.
