Hamptons Baseball: Westhampton Aviators and North Fork Ospreys Double Header Ends With a Win For Each Team

Aviators took the first game 5-1 and Ospreys won the second game 3-0 on Monday Night.

On Monday night, the North Fork Ospreys, who are leading the league, played a double header against the Westhampton Aviators with each team taking a win.

According to Hamptonsbaseball.com, the Aviators won the first game 5-1 and the Osprey led the second game 3 to 0.

Highlights of the first game included the Aviator’s pitcher Brandon Kuter taking back the game from the Ospreys in the bottom of the  sixth inning by striking out the Ospreys.

In the second game, Hamptonsbaseball.com reported that the Ospreys’ right-hander Mike Czenszak “gave a stellar starting performance,” helping to win the game. 

The Westhampton Aviators remain in second place and the Osprey’s first in the league after Monday’s games.

The Aviators play next against the Sag Harbor Whalers at 5 p.m. on Wednesday at Mashahimuet Park in Sag Harbor.
