Westhampton Beach Tennis Club Up For Grabs

The East Side Tennis Academy, located at 142 Montauk Highway in Westhampton Beach is for sale for $1.25 million.

According to listing agent, Adrianna Jurcev of , the owner of the academy is looking to consolidate some of the businesses he owns and put the academy on the market four months ago.

The owner, she said is also selling the Grassmer Inn, located on Beach Lane. That property is on the market for $1.9 million.

The academy, which is a seasonal business, features 12 tennis courts, a basketball court and a clubhouse, complete with a pool hall on 4.4 acres.
