A Hampton Bays man was arrested on a DWI charge on Friday night in Hampton Bays, according to Southampton Town Police.
Victor Rojas-Perez, 36, was seen driving on East Tiana Road at about 10 p.m. when he was pulled over, police said.
Police found he was driving drunk and charged him with driving while intoxicated, two counts of first degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operation, police said.

He was held for morning arraignment.
