Police: Shirley Man Arrested on DWI Charge
The man was parked in the travel lane of Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays, police say.
A Shirley man was arrested on a DWI charge early Saturday morning in Hampton Bays, according to Southampton Town Police.
Alexander G. Reyes, 24, was seen inside his car, with the car running, parked blocking traffic in the travel lane of Montauk Highway at about 3:41 a.m., police said.
Police found that Reyes was driving while intoxicated, according to police.

He was charged with driving while intoxicated, one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession.
Reyes was held for morning arraignment.
