Police: Three Men Arrested For Drawing Graffiti in Hampton Bays

The three were seen drawing graffiti under the Montauk Highway bridge over the train tracks by Gravel Hill Road.

Three men were arrested for drawing graffiti in Hampton Bays on Sunday, August 9, according to Southampton Town Police.

Anthony Paul Geiger, 37, of Franklin Square; Christopher John Geiger, 39, of Franklin Square; and Pietro Bruno, 35, of Woodhaven, were arrested at about 7:04 p.m. under the Montauk Highway bridge over the train tracks by Gravel Hill Road, police said.

All three men were found under the the bridge engaged in making graffiti on the train bridge support columns and in possession of spray paint cans and assorted nozzles used in making graffiti, police said

The trio were charged with making graffiti, possession of graffiti instruments, and third degree criminal trespass on railroad property, police said.

The men were arrested at the scene, transported to police headquarters for processing, and released on appearance tickets, according to police.
