State Police Report: Four DWI Arrests, Four Drug-Related Arrests

Check out a list of recent crime activity as reported by the state police.

State Police-Riverside report the following arrests in the area over the past week:

  • Marcus L. Mims, 31, of Nutley, N.J., was arrested on Tuesday, May 26 for fourth degree criminal possession of marijuana after being stopped for speeding on State Route 27 west of exit 63 in Westhampton. Further investigation revealed that he had an active warrant from of the Village of Southampton Court. Mims was held for arraignment.
  • Sarah E. Nuccitelli, 25, of Stratford, CT, was arrested on Thursday for unlawful possession of marijuana after being stopped for traffic violation County Route 39 in Southampton. She was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Southampton Court on June 3.
  • Brook L. Ingram, 44, of Shirley, was arrested on Thursday for seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of hypodermic instrument after being stopped for speeding on County Route 51 in Northampton. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Southampton Court on June 15.
  • Margaret A. Stankevich, 27, of East Hampton, was arrested on Saturday for driving while intoxicated after being stopped for a traffic violation on Montauk Highway and Dogwood Street in Montauk. She was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of East Hampton Court on June 11.
  • Jeffrey S. Collins, 27, of Islip, was arrested on Saturday for driving while intoxicated after being stopped for a traffic violation on Montauk Highway in the area of Old Montauk Highway in Montauk. He was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of East Hampton Court on June 11.
  • Marco C. Bonilla Espinosa, 36, of Westhampton, was arrested on Saturday for driving while intoxicated after being stopped for a traffic violation on County Route 31 north of Stewart Avenue in Westhampton. Further investigation revealed that he had an active bench warrant from the Town of Riverhead Court. Bonilla Espinosa was turned over to the Town of Riverhead Police Department.
  • Marlon C McKenzie, 35, of Montauk, was arrested on Sunday for unlawful possession of marijuana after being stopped for traffic violation on Old Montauk Highway at Franklin Drive in Montauk. He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of East Hampton Court on June 10.
  • Philippe J. Emerit, 31, of New York City, was arrested on Sunday for driving while intoxicated after being stopped for a traffic violation on State Route 27 westbound east of Daniels Hole Road in East Hampton. Emerit was processed and issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of East Hampton Court on June 11.
