The Dish: Tender Calamari

At TR's try a unique calamari variation that melts in your mouth.

The Dish: Oak-Grilled Calamari ($12). The calamari is infused with the flavors from the special marinade by Chef Rutyna and from the oak-burning grill. The marinade is made with lemon, parsley, oregano and olive oil that is coated on the squid to give it pizzazz. What makes the dish so unique is the way it is cooked. Unlike most places that serve fried calamari, the calamari is lightly grilled to give it the consistency and texture it should have. 

The Bonus: Being able to dine at a gourmet restaurant while enjoying a waterfront view that makes you feel like you are far away.
