Westhampton Beach Staff Recognized During Board of Education Meeting

The Westhampton Beach School District recognized two groups of staff members during the Board of Education’s Sept. 21 meeting.

Staff members Dariah Luciano, Sandra Flores, Joy Kolsin-Brown, Rob Coleman, Cindy Hart, Melissa Petroski, Monica Van Essendelft, Kate Swezey, Kathy Fibkins and Chris Herr were acknowledged for their hard work and dedication in earning Distinguished Service Awards during the 2014-2015 school year.

The monthly service awards are presented to staff members, who exemplify commitment and enthusiasm for their work. Nominations come directly from the educators’ coworkers.

Before paying tribute to these esteemed members of the staff, the Board officially welcomed 21 new staff members to the district.

These staff members include: Matthew Cohn, Karen Futoran, Gina Grillo, Marica Illiano, Elizabeth Kirwan, Dana Kuroski, Kaleigh Locke, Michelle Maines, Roxsi Robles, Jason Rupertus, Brooke Wheeler, Krystle Whiffen, Allison Anziano, Corinne Conroy, Jessica Kuveke, Ethan Mitchell, Jennifer Pascual, Yvonne Perez, Shirley Speruta, Kate Swezey and Josh Tuttle.
