Westhampton Beach Students Win Awards For Essays

The essays were written as part of the VFW Voice of Democracy and Patriots Penn Essay Contests.

Five Westhampton Beach Middle School Students were presented with awards for essays they wrote as part of the VFW Voice of Democracy and Patriots Penn Essay Contests at a ceremony, held on Thursday, Jan. 22 at the VFW Post #5350 in Quogue.

The students recognized were seventh-graders Pierce Rosen-Keith, Nick Murphy, Brielle Hanratty, and Jessie Boskamp and eighth grader Ami Gordon.
