WESTHAMPTON BEACH, NY — It's a holiday event that conjures up the spirit of Christmas worldwide.

Yulefest and Marketplace kicks off Sunday at 4 p.m. at Eckart's Luncheonette, located at 162 Mill Road in Westhampton Beach.

"From the people that brought you Spell Con comes a European-style Christmas market you don't need a plane ticket to attend," organizers said. "Yulefest and Marketplace boasts a family-friendly Christmas party with hot cocoa and stories at Eckart's Luncheonette, as well as a grand marketplace at The Mill Roadhouse."

The marketplace, which opens at 5 p.m. will feature a wide array of vendors, including a booth selling "Live Your Cor" merchandise for anyone interested in LYC apparel for Christmas gifts, Ralph and Holly Hubbard said. The Hubbards created the Live Your Cor Foundation in memory of their son Cory, who lost his life when he was just 22 after he was struck by a hit-and-run driver. "The goal of the foundation is to 'pay it forward' by providing financial assistance to local families who have suffered adversity or a personal hardship," the foundation's website explains.

The Mill Roadhouse is located at 142 Mill Road in Westhampton Beach.
