The Babylon Village Arts Council is proud to presents its free 2nd Thursday Concert Series on Sept. 9 at Astoria Federal Savings Bank, located at 180 W. Main St. This month's featured performance artist is the East End Brass. East End Brass is a longtime dream come to life for the ensemble's creator Stacey Leone. Since their first performance in 1990, his group of 5 highly talented Long Island musicians has been performing it's own unique blend of classic and modern brass tunes for enthusiastic audiences across the island. The music begins at 7:30. A request to donate a food pantry item is new to this year's concerts and will be donated to a local food pantry. This concert is made possible in part through Suffolk County Executive Office and the New York State Council on the Arts through the Decentralization Program which is administered through the Huntington Arts Council.
