Teavana Looking to Hire at Westfield South Shore

BAY SHORE, NY – September 19, 2014 – Teavana, a specialty tea and tea accessory store, will be debuting at Westfield South Shore this month. The company is looking to hire part-time Supervisors, Sales Associates and Baristas at its new location at the mall at 1701 Sunrise Highway, Bay Shore, NY 11706. The Teavana name was developed to signify a “Heaven of Tea,” to educate and enlighten the public about the differences, history, sights, and smells of loose leaf teas.

Teavana Supervisors and Sales Associates ensure quality guest service, which encompasses active listening and interaction, identifying the best products and suggestions for the customer, meeting or exceeding sales and customer service goals, and promoting teamwork.

The Baristas prepare tea drinks and tea samples for the customers, and make sure that the sales floor is fully stocked by processing and merchandising tea and tea accessories.

All Teavana employees are expected to provide outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer.
