Monday, September 13

Tots Night out (6:15-7:15 p.m. or 7:30-8:30 p.m.) - Music & fun with Donna Greene.  Ages: 18 months – Pre-K.  Limit: 25 per session.

Defensive Driving Courses (6-9 p.m.) - Pick up applications at the information desk during library hours or online at wipublib.org (click on Adult Services). There is a $40 course fee.

Tuesday, September 14

Parent & Child Yoga (6:30-7:15 p.m. or 7:30-8:15 p.m.) - Join yoga instructors Erin and Lisa for this class geared for toddlers and their caregivers.  Ages: 18 months- Pre K.  Limit: 20.

Wednesday, September 15 

Mommy & Me (10:15- 10:45 a.m., 11-11:30 a.m. or 11:45- 12:15 p.m.) - Participate in activities ranging from stories, songs, fingerplays, and simple craft.  Presented by our Children's Librarians.  Ages 12-36 months.  Limit: 15. 

Thursday, September 16

Bridge Instruction (10:30 a.m.- 1 p.m.) - Need to improve your bridge skills? Join Carol Matthews for this fun and informative 8-week session that will definitely bring a new dynamic to your game. Basic bridge playing skills are required. The cost is $45 per person, payable to Carol Matthews. Limit is 32 people.

Yoga Nidra Meditation (7-9 p.m.) - Relax and reduce stress with Jackie Morrison. Bring a blanket or mat and a pillow if support for your knees or back is required. Registration starts September 1.  Limit 40. 

New York State EPIC Drug Plan (2 p.m.) - Learn if you are eligible for the NY State Elderly Pharmaceutical Coverage Program. When used to supplement Medicare Part D or other drug coverage, a senior can save up to 80 percent on prescriptions purchased at their local pharmacy. A representative from the program will be on hand to explain how it works.

Pajama Story Times (7-7:45 p.m.) – Share stories, songs, craft, movies and a snack. Wear your pajamas if you choose.  Must be registered beforehand.  Ages: 3-Pre- K.  Limit: 15.

Friday Afternoon at the Movies (Starting at 1 p.m.) - For a list of upcoming films, please visit the Library Blog

Seniors Fitness Classes (11 a.m.-12 p.m.) - This is a series of gentle exercises with Vicki Luckman geared toward increasing range of motion and flexibility. Bring 1-3 lb. hand weights, a water bottle, and a face towel.  Fee: $15.  Limit: 40.
