Whats with all the traffic signs at the intersection of Higbie & Udall (heading south on Higbie)? There's now a no left turn sign, but a left turn lane with arrows. and there are still the no right turn signs 7am-7pm, yet i got a right turn arrow today (at 4pm). can anyone figure this out?
