The expanded effort will draw on more nonprofit partners, share quarterly data dashboards, and support policy decisions affecting children and families across Westchester County, giving White Plains advocates fresher information to guide resources.
   

• Rye couple demands $265,000 for 'shoddy' window washing (westfaironline.com) — White Plains figures prominently in a lawsuit after a Rye couple claimed a Valhalla contractor and a White Plains subcontractor badly scratched their high-end windows, allegedly requiring costly replacement. Filed in Westchester Supreme Court, the case also involves a White Plains law firm representing the homeowners. The couple is seeking at least $265,000 in damages for the disputed work.
