 MAIN PROGRAM:  Communicating Your Project: What Do We Communicate to Whom - and When?  Time and time again in post-project assessments, team members list communication as one of the areas most needing improvement, and feel that if the communication had been better the project would have run smoother.  To ensure the success of a project, the  expectations, goals, needs, resources, status reports, budgets, and purchase requests, all need to be communicated on a regular basis to all major stakeholders.  Our speaker will share his insight into and experiences with establishing and maintaining effective lines of communication within project teams.

 SPEAKER:  Praveen Sharma MS(IS) is a Principal Architect at Oracle Corporation. He has been involved in project management for over 24 years and his experience spans software design and development; software sales; product development; consulting; program management; and project management. In addition, Praveen is a Senior Professor at both Berkeley College and Mercy College, where he teaches courses in software design, MIS, project management, and other business and management subjects.
