WESTMED Medical Group will offer a comprehensive, one-day Prepared Childbirth Class on Sunday, July 31 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at its 210 Westchester Ave., White Plains offices. Topics covered will be labor and delivery, C-sections, medications and anesthesia. Instructors are Donna Guthartz, RN and Meg Serraro, RNC, experienced childbirth educators.
