Tween Craft - Decoupage

Learn the thrifty art of decoupage with Westchester artist Susan Ordahl. Decoupage is the art of decorating by gluing paper or cut out magazine pages to an object like a small box or an item of furniture. You can bring an item from home to cover or you can learn by using the cover of a notebook that will be provided at the workshop. You can also bring your favorite magazines (although we will have plenty for you to use) or color copies of favorite photos. Update that out of date Hannah Montana wastepaper basket with your favorite soccer photos. You will learn to create one-of-a-kind objects that will WOW friends and relatives with your creativity. For grades 6-8. Registration is not required but greatly appreciated. Snacks will be served.
