Whiz Kid's Name: Kayla Fuhst 

Whiz Kid's Age: 13

Whiz Kid's Grade/School: 8th Grader at George Fisher Middle School

Whiz Kid's Accomplishment: Participating in many aspects of the Music Conservatory of Westchester, White Plains, NY. 

Whiz Kid's Key to Awesomeness: 

Kayla has been with the Music Conservatory of Westchester for a year and a half. During that time she gained many skills under her belt including voice, piano, music theory and sight-singing. Kayla also sings in the Teen Vocal Ensemble. 

This summer she participated in the Conservatory's Summer Musical Theatre Workshop, playing the role of Belle in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast Jr. At the same time she participated in our Musical Theatre Intensive, and the Summer Vocal Performance Academy, a two week program for serious voice students.

Kayla is a talented student and is known to have  a lot of potential on stage.  She is serious, enthusiastic, dedicated, hard-working, and quite mature for her age. She has all of the qualities of a great performer.
