4 Injured in Massive Greenpoint Fire
Firefighters battled the blaze that broke out Sunday evening for roughly three hours.

GREENPOINT, BROOKLYN, NY - Four people were injured including two firefighters after a massive fire at a building on Diamond Street that spread to the adjacent structures, according to the New York City Fire Department.
The call for the fire came in at 10:22 p.m. Sunday night. More than 150 firefighters battled the blaze for just over three hours before it was brought under control around 1:28 a.m. early Monday morning.
The fire in the three-story building at 49 Diamond Street spread to the adjacent structures at 47 and 51 Diamond Street, according to the FDNY.

All injuries were minor. The two civilians injured in the fire were taken to Bellevue Hospital and the two injured firefighters were taken to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center.
The building suffered heavy fire and water damage.
