Beer ATM: What It Is And Where In Williamsburg To Find It

It's just like 16 Handles without the cake batter flavor. We hope.

WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — Anyone who has ever walked up to a cash machine and silently wished it could get them drunk just got an odd prayer answered — a bar in Williamsburg has installed a beer ATM.

Randolph Beer on South Fourth Street has installed a wall of 24 beers on draft that patrons can tap with the swipe of a card, Food & Wine reported last week.

It’s kind of like the 16 Handles of beer — pours are priced by the ounce and can be anywhere between one and 12 ounces, which gives drinkers a chance to try before they buy.

The only problem is that you’re going to have to learn how to pour a decent draft before you go.
