Boyfriend Hits Girlfriend With Van In Williamsburg: NYPD & Report

A boyfriend pushed his girlfriend out of a maroon minivan Thursday, then struck her while speeding away, according to police and reports.

WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — An angry boyfriend hit his girlfriend with his van after shoving her out the passenger-side door in Williamsburg Thursday morning, according to police and reports.

The 25-year-old woman and her boyfriend were parked near Roebling and South Eighth street at about 2:30 a.m. when their argument turned physical, police said.

The man pushed his girlfriend onto the street then struck her with his maroon minivan as he sped away, according to police and the Daily News.

Emergency responders rushed the injured woman to Woodhull Hospital where she was treated for cuts and bruises on her arm, leg and back, police said.

Police were still looking for the boyfriend as of 10 a.m. Thursday morning, said police.
