WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — Police arrested an off-duty emergency responder they found passed out drunk in his car near the Brooklyn Queens Expressway. Avalos Francisco, 32, was found sleeping in his 2015 Dodge Ram on the busy intersection near Marcy Avenue and Borinquen Place around 9:30 a.m. Sunday morning, police said. The emergency medical technician, who had left the key was in the ignition and the motor running, was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence, said police. <hr />Photo by Kathleen Culliton
