Lottery For $867 Williamsburg Studio Closes Thursday

The lottery for affordable apartments at 94 North Third Street will close on Dec. 7, city records show.

WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — Thursday is the last day you can apply for an $867 apartment in a newly constructed building on North Third Street, city records show.

There are 15 affordable housing units at 94 North Third Street up for grabs until Dec. 7, when the NYC Housing Connect lottery is slated to close, according to the agency’s website.

Seven studio apartments that will cost $867 per month are available to individuals who earn between $31,612 and $40,080 a year.

Five one-bedrooms that will cost $931 per month are available to households with a combined income between $33,875 and $45,840 a year.

And three two-bedroom apartments that will cost $1123 per month are available to households with a combined income between $40,492 and $57,240 a year.

Residents in the seven-story building will have access to concierge services, a roof terrace, court yard, lounge and gym. There will also be garden plots, parking spaces and bike parking to tenants willing to pay an additional fee.

The developer, Hudson Companies Incorporated, estimates building construction will be completed in December.
