M Train Slasher Attacks Straphanger, Police Say
A woman whipped out a razor blade and slashed a man on an M train in Brooklyn Monday evening, said police.

WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — Police are looking for the woman who slashed a fellow M train passenger with a razor during rush hour Monday.
The woman and her 50-year-old victim entered into a shoving match as they boarded a Brooklyn-bound train at the Essex Street station around 6 p.m., said police.
The man and woman continued arguing as the train crossed the Williamsburg Bridge and the fight culminated in the woman pulling out a razor blade and slashing the man’s left forearm, said police.

The woman jumped off the train at the Hewes Street station in Williamsburg and the man was treated by emergency responders, said police.
Police are now looking for the suspect, whom they describe as a woman in her early forties standing 5-foot-6, weighing about 150 pounds and sporting tattoos on her arms, neck and face.

The woman was last seen wearing an Orlando Magic baseball hat, a black t-shirt and jeans, said police.
