Man Found Dead At Bottom Of Williamsburg Stairway, Police Say

WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — A 36-year-old man was found dead on the exterior staircase of a Union Avenue home Tuesday afternoon, police said.

The unidentified man was found lying at the bottom of stairs leading to the basement of 318 Union Ave. in Williamsburg around 1:50 p.m., according to police.

Emergency responders pronounced the man dead at the scene and the Medical Examiner’s office will determine the cause of death, said police.
