Man Put His Hand Up Woman's Skirt on Lee Avenue: Cops

The man is wanted for forcible touching in Wiliamsburg.

WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — Police are asking for the public's help to find a man that put his hand up a woman's skirt on the street.

Around 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 29 the man approached the 22-year-old woman in front of 170 Lee Avenue. He put his hand under her skirt and underwear and touched her "buttocks and private parts," police said. Police want the man on forcible touching charges.

The man is described as a Hispanic man about 25 years old wearing blue jeans and a green jacket.
