Watch: Baseball Bat-Wielding Man Smashes In Williamsburg Church Doors

The suspect was caught on video swinging his bat six times at the Williamsburg Spanish Church doors on Wednesday, police say.

WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — Police are hunting for the man who smashed the glass doors of a local church with a baseball bat.

The church assailant grabbed his bat and marched up to the Williamsburg Spanish Church on Grand and Havemeyer streets around 7:25 p.m. Wednesday, police said.

The mustachioed suspect — who can be see on surveillance footage wearing a turquoise tank top and black shorts — then proceeded to swing the bat six times at the doors of the Grand Street entrance, said police.
