Williamsburg Worker Hit By Mercedes And Beaten On Christmas: NYPD
The victim needed eight staples to close the head wound he received on Christmas day, police said.

WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — Police are looking for three men who rammed a Mercedes Benz into a man then beat him with a hammer and metal rod on Christmas.
The 52-year-old man was working outside on Flushing Avenue near Spencer Street when the silver Mercedes came barreling down Flushing Avenue and hit him around 12:50 p.m., said police.
Two men jumped out of the car, chased the man and proceeded to beat him with a hammer and a metal rod, said police.

The attackers then jumped back in the Benz and their getaway driver sped down Flushing Avenue, said police.
Emergency responders rushed the Williamsburg worker to a nearby hospital where he was treated for an eye and head injury that needed eight staples to close, police said.

Police are now looking for three men, two of which can be seen chasing down their on surveillance footage released Friday night.
Police describe the suspects as two men, one last seen wearing a dark jacket, tan pants and white sneakers and the other last seen in a black hat, blue jacket, blue shirt and jeans.
