Woman Dies After Falling From Greenpoint Window, Police Say
A 62-year-old woman died after she fell from the window of four-story building on Manhattan Avenue Monday afternoon, said police.

GREENPOINT, BROOKLYN — A woman who fell to her death was found behind a Greenpoint pizzeria Monday afternoon, said police.
The 62-year-old woman plummeted from a window above Italy Pizza at 800 Manhattan Ave., near Calyer Street, around 4:25 p.m., police said.
The woman, who lived in the four-story building, was found by emergency responders who pronounced her dead at the scene, said police.

The 62-year-old died just one day after a Manhattan woman suffered a fatal fall from an East Harlem home.
Police continued to investigate Tuesday morning, but a police spokesman said the woman’s injuries could have been caused by an accidental fall.
