2 Arrested in Yorktown for Having Fake Driver Licenses, Debit Cards: Police
Police said one of the men was in possession of pot.

YORKTOWN, NY — Two Bronx men with prior criminal records were arrested Wednesday after they were found with fake driver licenses and bank debit cards.
Yorktown Police said Kamarv Whetstone, 30, and Rudolph J. Clarke, 33, were arrested after officers investigated a report of a suspicious motor vehicle parked in the lot of 1330 East Main St.
An investigation found that Whetstone, who was driving the car, had marijuana in his possession, police said.

Additionally, police said both Clarke and Whetstone were found to have forged driver licenses and bank debit cards.
Whetstone was charged with four counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

Clarke was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
Both men were arraigned in the Yorktown Town Court. Whetstone was sent to the Westchester County Jail without the possibility of bail. Clarke is being held on $15,000 bail at the Westchester County Jail.
They are scheduled to appear in court Thursday, Jan. 19.
Whetstone was sentenced in 2015 to 27 months in jail in Connecticut for a forgery charge, and Clarke spent almost two years in prison for attempted robbery and was released in 2015, the Journal News said.
