4 Accused Of Stealing From Macy's In Yorktown

The men all face felony charges, police said.

YORKTOWN, NY — Four men were accused of stealing merchandise from Macy's. Yorktown police said, around 2:30 p.m. Monday, officers were called to a report of past larceny from the department store on Lee Boulevard.

The investigation found the four men acted together to steal assorted merchandise from the store amounting to $1,772.

A car in which they left the store was located, and the men were found to be in possession of the stolen Macy's property, police said.

Ernest D. Hepburn, 35, of the Bronx; David L. Keels, 35, of Yonkers; Tyrone Williams, 25, of Yonkers, and Christophe S. Pilote, 37, of Yonkers, were arrested and taken to the Yorktown Police Department for processing.

They were all charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony. Additionally, Hepburn, Keels and Pilote were charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony.

The men were released on their own recognizance and are scheduled to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court Feb. 6.
