Assault Charge Leveled At Yorktown Man: Police

A temporary order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.

YORKTOWN, NY — A 38-year-old Yorktown man was arrested in connection with an assault May 22. Yorktown Police said Nicolas Crosetto, of Westview Drive, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.

Police said the incident allegedly occurred May 22 around 10 a.m. with Crosetto caused injury to the victim.

Crosetto turned himself in at Yorktown Police Headquarters May 22 at 6 p.m. He was arrested, processed and arraigned, after which he was released on his own recognizance.
