Bedford Hills Woman Faces Felony DWAI Charge in Yorktown
She was arrested after cops got a call about an erratic driver.
Kathryn P. Russell of Bedford Hills faces a felony charge of driving while impaired by drugs in Yorktown.
The 43-year-old had a previous conviction for DWAI in the past 10 years, police said.
Yorktown police got a call about an erratic driver at 7:56 p.m. Dec. 3. She was stopped near Saw Mill River Road and Broad Street and after investigation, officers concluded she was driving under the influence.

She was released to a responsible party, police said, and is due in Yorktown town court Jan. 5.
