Bonanza of Open Houses This Weekend

This coming weekend offers more Open Houses in Yorktown than we’ve seen since last spring. There are 18 homes open in Yorktown and the surrounding area for viewing this weekend, April 30- May 1. 

Prices for single family houses range from a low of $339,500 to a high of $599,000, and the emphasis seems to be on the split-level style, which some believe offers the greatest amount of space for the buck.

Even if you’re not currently in search of a home, an Open House provides an excellent opportunity to meet neighbors, pick  up decorating ideas, compare the value of your own home, or to tell friends who want to move to the community about a special find.
