Ivan R. Bellotto of Carmel, NY is due in Yorktown town court Sept. 23 to face charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding, and unsafe lane changes.
An officer on patrol on Old Crompond Road said he saw a car traveling at a high rate of speed outside the traffic lane at about 7:30 p.m. Aug. 25. Stopped, the driver showed signs of intoxication, police said.
Bellotto, 44, was released to a responsible party, police said.
