Christmas Trees Still Being Collected In Yorktown
All metal wire, nails and lights must be removed, and trees must not be placed in plastic bags.

YORKTOWN, NY — There is still time to have your Christmas tree collected and disposed of by the town of Yorktown.
All metal wire, nails and lights must be removed, and trees must not be placed in plastic bags.
Trees will be chipped at Yorktown's Organic Yard Waste Facility. Trees buried under snow will not be collected.

Weather permitting, Christmas trees will be collected as follows:
- Sections 1 and &: Jan. 19
- Section 6: Jan. 20
- Sections 2 & 3: Jan. 14, 21
- Sections 4 & 5: Jan. 15, 22
